Answer: The new added device needs 1min to connect to Zigbee HUB. If it stays off line for a long time, please judge the problem by the Zigbee LED status:
Zigbee LED quickly blinks one time every second, device failed to connect to your Zigbee:
(1)Maybe you have entered wrong WiFi password.
(2)Device is too far away from your WiFi. Please take it closer.
If still failed, try to open a mobile hot spot and add again.
Zigbee LED quickly blinks twice every second: Device has connected to Zigbee but failed to connect to server. Please check your network connectivit.

A:Yes, Both switches and sockets need to be connected to the neutral wire，please check with electrician about it before purchaing.
Q: Does the Zigbee Switch need to be connected to the gateway hub ?
A:Yes,the zigbee switch needs to connect to the tuya gateway to work smart .please smake sure you have it ,or you can order one from our store.

A:Yes, our zigbee switch can achieve 2-3way, it functions stably.But you must at least buy 2-3 pieces ZigBee switches. ( APP use multi-control association function),if you need,pls contact us for the wiring and tutorial video.
Q: Do they work as 2way or 3way if the wifi router shut down？
A:No, they work as 2way or 3way must through wifi .if the wifi signal isn’t available, they are only working by hand .
Q: Does your wifi switch can work with zigbee switch to control the same light ?
A:Yes,wifi switch can work with zigbee switch together .
Q: Does your ZigBee touch light switch have a backlight?
A:The blue backlight will be on when the wiring is successful. Allowing you to notice Our touch switch clearly in the dark, it can’t be cancelled .
Q: Does our switches can install by vertically or Horizontally for 157mm/228mm glass panels？
A:Yes, we can install it in different ways, but you will see the small holes. (The small holes used to open the glass cover)
